Support and Account Deletion

Reality Check is a Thought River practice, not therapy, treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, medical advice, or emergency support. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, a parent/guardian, or another trusted adult.

Guest River data

Guest River works without an account. Saved thought labels and River state remain on the device and can be removed from the River options screen. Deleting the app or clearing app storage may also remove them. Guest River data is not account-synced in the current release.

Account deletion

If a build enables an account, its Settings screen provides the available account-deletion path. Account deletion removes the app account, sign-in credentials, active sessions, and account-owned data used by that enabled feature. It does not remotely recover Guest River data stored only on the device; clear that data in River options before deleting the app.
